Homefinder partners

 

The partners within Homefinder include;

  • Ashfield District Council
  • Mansfield District Council
  • Housing Associations, known as Registered Providers, with housing stock in either District.  

All partners will advertise their vacant properties to those on the Housing Register. Likewise, all of the partners will use the shortlist that is generated at the end of the advertising cycle as a basis for letting their property. Each partner will be responsible for conducting their own checks on those who are being considered and each will have the final say on whether it is correct and appropriate to make the offer of accommodation.

If you match for a property but you are not made the offer of accommodation you will be referred to the partner landlord for further information.
